I am glad that you made it here! If you struggle with food and body image, you have come to the right place. Maybe you think about food all the time, or yo-yo diet, or maybe you find yourself restricting what you eat without knowing why, or how to stop.

I work with individuals of all ages to understand what is at the root of their challenges with food and disordered eating. I can help you find a lifelong, sustainable approach to weight management, nutrition, and movement, that doesn’t consume you. I support individuals working toward or in recovery from anorexia, bulimia, bingeing and night eating.

I offer walk-and-talk sessions as an alternative to traditional psychology. If this interests you and you have additional questions, let me know!

Hi, I’m Leaine – I am so glad you are here. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) who supports people in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, healing emotional wounds, and cultivating self-trust and compassion My practice is grounded in a Health at Every Size perspective, which honours body diversity and encourages freedom from diet-culture. I believe our bodies aren’t problems to fix, and together we can gently explore the parts of you that carry shame, criticism, or self-doubt. My approach to therapy is integrative and informed by the evidence-based practices of experiential therapies such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Coherence therapy. I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help with coping skills and living towards your personal values. Outside of therapy you will likely find me hiking, walking local trails, recreating favourite recipes, or even joining a dance class! Starting therapy is an act of courage, and when you are ready I would be honoured to join you on your healing journey.

Hi, I’m Lacy. I’m thrilled to meet you.

Maybe you’re looking for someone who truly understands the complexities of raising or supporting a neurodivergent child. Maybe you’re navigating grief, trauma, big emotions—or just seeking a gentle, playful space for your child to explore their inner world.

I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor with certification in play therapy, and I specialize in child-centred, neurodiversity-affirming support. For over 15 years, I’ve worked with children and families across educational, clinical, and community settings. I use trauma-informed, strength-based approaches that meet kids where they’re at, whether that’s in the midst of a meltdown, deep in imaginative play, or somewhere in between.

My practice is rooted in nature and connection. I work out of a unique outdoor therapy space filled with animals, fairy gardens, and wide-open possibilities for healing. I believe in creating space for discovery—where kids (and the grown-ups who love them) can feel safe, seen, and supported as they grow into themselves.

I support with curiosity, passion, creativity and autonomy. I’d love to walk with you on your journey!
